Our store works a bit differently than most, because Tri-State knows that our customers’ needs vary.  In order to help you configure an access floor system that meets your specific criteria, you’ll add items to a “Shopping List”, as opposed to the traditional “Cart”.

Then, instead of “proceeding to checkout”, you’ll be submitting a “shopping list” directly to our sales team. A project management professional will then review your “shopping list”, establish the scope of your project, and call you personally to go over the specific details. It’s not a sale until you’ve been contacted, your needs are clarified, and you tell us that you’re ready to proceed with an order. Simply put, we’ll submit a proposal, and work with you to earn your approval.
